In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days from delivery so that we can resolve any problems.
We offer an option to exchange an item. You can exchange it for a different item or receive a store credit. We do not offer a refund unless in the unlikely event of an item being faulty or store inventory being inaccurate. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, should your items be damaged or opened on receipt, please ensure that you notify the courier before signing for your order and let us know by emailing email@example.com
Our policy lasts 7 business days for returns. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. We calculate 7 days from the delivery date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and / or with tags.
Our store credit lasts for 6 months from date of exchange. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items or gift cards. This includes swimwear, underwear, dummies and personal care items like creams and oils.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This has to be sent with your item to: Mr Wolf Kids Online, NO.5 The Mall, Lower Templestowe VIC AU 3107.
Our first step is to replace the item if it is defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty we are in some cases able to offer a refund.
Refunds are only given if the item is faulty in anyway.
Please note we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
Some examples where a refund will not be offered:
- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
- misused a product in any way that caused the problem.
- knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
- asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
If there is an instance where a refund has been decided upon, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the purchase amount to cover our costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and/or credit card company before contacting us again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you, the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Mr Wolf Kids will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please note that we will calculate the shipping cost at the end of packing up your order. Depending on the dimensions or weight of your order, it may be deemed a bulky item. We will email you with an addition cost based on the weight
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway as our carriers.
All deliveries will be traceable, and you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE is our default, so if this is not suitable, please let us know in the notes section of your order.
If you are not home during the time of your delivery either a card will be left in your letterbox to collect your parcel or the delivery will be left either in your letterbox or by your front door.
Please note if there is no safe place to leave your parcel then it will be taken to the depot.
All orders placed on business days will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
Express delivery options must be placed before 11am to be sent out the same day.
Please note we can only ship to one address per order. For all gift purchases, rest assure the invoice will not be attached, please send us an email if you are wanting your package sent as a gift. We are happy to gift wrap too, just let us know in the email.
Our Click & Collect option is for customers who are able to come and pick up their orders free of charge in our Templestowe store.

Just say your name and show us a copy of the email shipping confirmation (on your phone or tablet is fine) and we will have your order ready for collection same day you received the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping will be free of charge on orders over $199 (CLOTHING ONLY) and up to 3kg and is not considered a bulky item, this does not include express postage and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional code. This is also not available for international shipping.
Our $10.00 flat rate option applies to products up to 3kg that are not considered a bulky item.
If you wish to have your item shipped to you faster, we offer an $15 Express shipping option that applies to products up to 3kg.
Bulky Items will be calculated based on their cubic weight and may take longer for delivery. This cost will be added after the checkout.
Bulky items are anything over 3kg or dimensionally larger than 40 x 40 x 20cm. Please note that on items that state BULKY, the bulky item shipping needs to be chosen at the check out. If it is not chosen we will email you with the shipping charge, after checkout.
Please also note an item may not be labelled as BULKY, but when placed with a number of items the order may be too large to fit in the 3kg Medium Pre Paid Australia Post bag. If this is not picked we will contact you to organise the payment of bulky item shipping before we can send your order out for delivery.
Mr Wolf is happy to ship worldwide and offer a Under 500g rate option from $20.
Please email us to enquire what countries are on it. All other items will be calculated on a case by case basis and prices for international shipping will be quoted based on weight and location of delivery. Please note free shipping does not apply to international orders.
All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. The delivery time may be longer to some locations, but we are happy to ship to anywhere if you are happy to pay the calculated price.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
Mr Wolf Kids uses Paypal and eWAY Payment Gateways for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Mr Wolf Kids or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Mr Wolf Kids.
