This stone is a type of Anhydrite. It is light blue in colour. Some have mistaken this stone for Blue Calcite. The largest deposits of angelite have been found in Peru and Mexico, though it has also been mined in parts of Europe.

This stone is associated with the crown and throat chakra.
Care
You can place this stone in full moon moonlight to energise. It can also be moved through sage smoke or incense, placed in rice, or buried in the earth over night. Angelite should be cleaned with a soft cloth.
